FRESHMIX AF SPECS
 
Description: FRESHMIX AF is a preserver effective against deterioration of foodstuff such as undesired mold, yeast and fungi which directly affect the product and its quality.
 
Usage Dosage: Pulverization with 1 LT water + 150/200 gr FRESHMIX AF water mixture (lt is recommended to dissolve in cold water)

Composition: Sodium Lactate (E-325 ), Ascorbic Acid (E- 300 ), Sodium Acetate ( E- 262)

Appearance: Cream - Light cream, in powder form

Odour-Taste: Specific odour and taste

Areas of Usage:   lt can be safely used in food of animal origin such as yoghurt,buttermilk drink, butter, yellow cheese, strained yoghurt,cultured white cheese, halva, jam, meat and meat products and all foodstuff which may be subject to molds problem.

Advantages:  ln Freshmix use, overdose is not hazardous to human health. lts content is completely natural and consists of organic acids,thus it is not included in the preserver groups examined in Ministry"s analysis. Reliable results are obtained in the tests made using. Freshmix keeps the product without molds for minimum 10 days. This duration can reach up to 45 days in the environments where the cold chain is not broken.

USAGE

Yellow Cheese: In the process of yellow cheese production using boiler (fuze,melting pot etc.),at the rate of 0,1-0,2% Freshmix dissolved in water (1-2 LT water) prior to the process with curd is added to prevent the formation of mould,yeast and fungi. Pulverization may be applied optionally in yellow cheese.

Butter and Cream: 0,04-0,05%(40-50 gr for 100 kg cream) Freshmix added to the mass cream during the churning process of the cream prevents the formation of mould, yeast and fungi in the butter. Store unopened under 20°C in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight.

Surface Bacteria Control :   After the cheese is formed in hoop,Freshmix solution is pulverized to the surface of the hoops. This process continues until whole surface is moistened,and the product is packaged.

Yoghurt:  0,025-0,03%(250-300 gr for 1 ton) Freshmix is added to milk before yeasting. Besides, in order to prevent surface contamination, Freshmix solution prepared is pulverized before closing the covers (when the yoghurt is cold) after incubation.

Buttermilk drink:  For buttermilk drink, adding o,02-0,025 %(200-250 gr for 1 ton) Freshmix to milk before yeasting will provide protection against yeast, mould and fungi.

NOTE:   Freshmix must be aerated for 5-10 minutes prior to use.
